Maria has over 7 years’ experience of promoting destinations and tourism products in Scandinavia. She joined the Danish tourism team at EHRENBERG SØRENSEN Kommunikation in 2022.
She brings competences within PR, marketing and an extensive knowledge about the tourism industry which she has gained at her job through 7 years at a full-service destination marketing agency in Copenhagen. Maria has been responsible for several destinations’ and tourism products’ PR and marketing strategy in Scandinavia, and in this connection, she has been working in the field of tension between PR, marketing and sales.
Maria holds a master’s degree from Copenhagen Business School. During her studies, she went on exchange in both Wales and Canada and worked for CruiseCopenhagen which is a B2B network aiming to promote Copenhagen as a cruise destination.
